Hello Fresh: Moo Shu Pork Bowls w/ Buttery Rice

So yesterday evening it was my turn to cook dinner so I chose this recipe from Hello Fresh.

What is Hello Fresh?

Hello Fresh is a grocery and meal plan service that works like this:

1. CHOOSE YOUR MEAL PLAN

Customize your box to fit your needs. Just select how many people, how many recipes, and what kind of meals you want.

This is a great thing for my husband and I because we can both decide on something we'll both enjoy!

2. SELECT YOUR RECIPES

Choose from 100+ weekly menu and market items—including Veggie, Fit & Wholesome, and Quick & Easy options.

The cool thing about this is that the menus always change each week! You'll always have new options to choose from and can customize it to fit your diet plan.

Each meal comes with it's own recipe card as well as portions of each ingredient needed to create the meal. The best part about this service? You can skip your weekly delivery, pause, or cancel at any time. Just as long as you do so before the cutoff: 11:59 pm PST 5 days before your next delivery.

The recipe I followed was for Moo Shu Pork Bowls. It came with scallions, cabbage, rice, and all the necessary ingredients.

Overall it took me 15 to 20 minutes to make and it was really delicious!

I was worried that it would be too spicy since it had chili sauce in it, but surprisingly it had little to no spice! It was very flavorful and was a definite keeper.

It was added to the cook book binder as a repeat meal.

Overall I would definitely recommend trying it!

Let me know if you are interested in the recipe.
